Introduction 

Google is best known for its search engine. now search engine is not only a part of Google products.Google has become the king of internet kingdom because of its advanced technology.

This is only because of the efficient workers or technicians working in Google.Google provides such a working environment that helps the Googler's to develop new ideas day by day.

Most of you who are reading this aricle must have a dream to work for this company.Because Google's working environment and salary are just awesome.

Google is looking for people who can bring new perspectives and life experiences to their teams.According to Google "If you’re looking for a place that values your curiosity, passion, and desire to learn if you’re seeking colleagues who are big thinkers eager to take on fresh challenges as a team, then you’re a future Googler. "

1.What are the fields of work of Google?

Some people have a common misunderstanding that Google only hires software engineers.It's not true.Google is not just working on a computer.It has various fields of work.Only engineers don't work in Google.There are some other professionals who are also a part of this huge community.The field on which Google recruits are

•  Engineering and Technology
•  Sales,service and support
• Marketing and Communication 
• Design 
• Business Strategy
• Finance 
• Legal
• Facilities 

So besides engineers management students, marketing experts, legal professionals, and other streams have chance to be work for Google.

  

2.How Google hires? 

As there are a vast number of universities all over the world, Google can't visit every university for campus recruitment.So Google has started an Online Recruitment Programme for the future Googlers.If you are not a part of Google visited University, then you can be a Googler in three steps. 

1. Find in which field you want to work for Google, find a job, apply online.
2. Then Google will conduct a phone or hangout interview.
3. After the interview is done Google will make Decision whether to hire you or not.

Google has a unique hiring process.If you are nt selected then they will give feedback about your resume and other things for which you were not selected so that you can apply once again.

3. Google Students

Google students  is a page in Google's site which is the source of information for students to become a Googler.It gives updates about job vacancies, internships etcin Google.For more information Visit the page
