1.Go to settings of your Android.
2.Then scroll down.In your setting there should be an option 'Developer options'.If you don't see the option that means developer option is not enabled on your device.
3.To enable developer option press on 'About phone' option.
4.Then press the 'Build number' option 5-6 times.Now Developer option is enabled on your device.
5.Now go back and click on Developer options.
6.After clicking on this scroll down and you will see these 3 animation scale options as shown in the screenshot.
7.Now you have to reduce the animation scale to '0.5'.You can also disable the animations but while operating your phone won't look good.
